Feeling lost or overwhelmed at the supermarket? Spend 1.5 hours at the grocery store with me learning about what dietary options are right for you! Tours take place at the grocery store of your choice. Shopping for groceries should be a fun experience knowing that you are buying good food for your family. It should not be a difficult task. With so many items to choose from and everything in one place, the grocery store should be a breeze, right?
Unfortunately that is not the case. The purpose of the grocery stores is to sell you all kinds of unhealthy food. Even the layout of the store can set you up for failure. Also today with so many different health claims it can be very confusing and frustrating and you feel that you need a degree in label reading to decipher what you are reading.
With the Grocery Store Tour, I will teach you how to navigate the grocery store aisles quickly and wisely. You will learn how to prepare a shopping list, so you buy only what you need and always have a well-stocked pantry. I will teach you how to read and compare food labels and interpret product health claims confidently, so you can feel good that you are choosing the healthiest foods for your family.
