Mary a busy mom of three teenagers and have been interested in fitness and nutrition for years. Five years ago she teamed up with two like minded women to create a fitness gym exclusively for busy women. Noticing the need to educate members on health and nutrition as well as exercise she decided to get the right tools for helping them find balance in their lives and achieve their weight loss goals. She enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This has also been a blessing in helping her own family understand the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.(not easy with teenagers).
Mary has learned how to live a healthier lifestyle and did it by taking one step at a time. She has gone from being sluggish with little energy (coffee addict), chronic joint pains, tinnitus, poor sleep habits, to being very energetic and pain free. She also dropped 20 lbs. and 10% body fat (a nice side effect).
Her journey has been an amazing trip and for the first time in years she feel really healthy, stress free and enjoying life to the fullest.

Now, after becoming a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer she would love to help you take that journey which will lead you to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Life can be busy and crazy, but it doesn’t have to be an unhealthy one. She will work with you to find ways to make health, nutrition and fitness a priority in your life without taking a large chunk of time out of your already busy schedule. You will be amazed at the results!

She received her Health Coach training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories from experts like Dr. Andrew Weil, Geneen Roth, Dr. David Katz, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Mark Hyman, and David Wolfe among many others and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. The education she received has equipped her with a strong knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and the importance of preventive care, which she readily shares with clients and gym members.
She received her personal training certification through AFAA and loves teaching cardio and strength classes and seeing the progress of our members both in strength and endurance.
